I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click Forgot password on the login page and follow the link sent to your email. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, use the support form below.

I was invited to invest in a deal. Where do I start?

Accepted Answer

Your Investor Dashboard will show any pending investments with a Begin Investment button to start onboarding. Once this form is submitted, our team will kickoff the onboarding process and send you the required documents and capital call.

Question 3

I am a manager and an investor. How do I toggle between dashboards?

Accepted Answer

There are navigation tabs to the Manager Dashboard and Investor Dashboard in the header.

The Manager Dashboard is only shown to users who manage a fund or SPV through Loon Creek. The Investor Dashboard is only shown to users who have an investment that Loon Creek administers.

If you believe you should have access to one of the dashboards and don't see the tab, contact us and we'll check your permissions.
